‘BMF’ has officially wrapped after four seasons on Starz, with the finale airing in August. The hit crime drama, produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson through G-Unit Film & Television, first premiered in 2021 and became one of the network’s standout series.
The show chronicled the rise of the Black Mafia Family, a powerful Detroit crime organization from the 1980s. It starred Demetrius Flenory Jr., Da’Vinchi, Russell Hornsby, Michole Briana White, Steve Harris, and La La Anthony, with guest appearances from Snoop Dogg, Mo’Nique, Eminem, 2 Chainz, and Saweetie.
Randy Huggins created the series, with Heather Zuhlke leading as showrunner for the final two seasons. Jackson continues expanding his Starz universe, with “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” entering its fifth and final season, “Power Book IV: Force” returning Nov. 7, and new projects “Power: Origins” and “Power: Legacy” currently in development.
