Don Lemon was taken into federal custody during his coverage of the Grammys Thursday night in LA. His attorneys are calling it an unprecedented attack on the First Amendment.
Lemon was doing his job as a journalist, in which he has for over 30 years, and plans to fight the charges in court. It’s still unclear why he was arrested, but the Justice Department had already set plans to go after Don for the coverage of the protest inside a Minnesota church last week.
