The DreamWorks animated short Wednesdays With Gramps received two nominations at the 53rd Annie Awards; the major annual honors for excellence in animation presented by ASIFA-Hollywood.
The short has also been celebrated on the festival circuit to include winning the Audience Award, Youth Jury Award, and Kids’ Choice Award at the Palm Springs International ShortFest 2025 for its storytelling and animation.
The two Annie nods are:
Best Character Design – TV/Media — for Seth St. Pierre’s work on the short.
Best Production Design – TV/Media — recognizing Frederic Stewart’s production design on the film.
