Imani Nia Robinson’s HBCU Dramedy Series '3 Blind Mice' In Development, Pilot Now Streaming On Brick TV; Ushered In By TheBlkScript
HBCU Dramedy pilot, ‘3 Blind Mice’ created by, written by, and starring Imani Nia Robinson of Faith and Purpose Productions, has been picked up by The Brick TV - a black-owned network created by Taurean Gordon, who’s focused on elevating black talent, entertainment, and culture. The pilot episode, which garnered many accolades during its film festival run and has made waves online and social media, is now being developed into a full series and is looking for distribution. The deal was ushered in by Kevin Marable, Founder and CEO of TheBlkScript, LLC.
3 Blind Mice Logline: Naeemah, a young Black woman raised by White adoptive parents, transfers to an HBCU in Baltimore in pursuit of her Black identity and follows in the footsteps of her biological parents.
It centers around 3 Black women from 3 vastly different backgrounds as they face life at different phases in their 20’s.
The series is set to begin filming and premiere in 2026. The pilot episode is available now to stream on The Brick TV.
