Writer-director Mann Robinson’s new film Georgia Peach premieres February 13 on Apple TV and Prime Video.
The drama stars Jasmine Burke as Jannie Salisbury, a nurse determined to protect her three years of sobriety while building a stable life. As old secrets resurface and new temptations emerge, Jannie is pushed to the brink of relapse. What seems like a step toward securing her future could ultimately lead her down a more dangerous path.
The ensemble cast includes Teresa Celeste, Christopher Deon, Farrah “Cocoa” Brown, Andrea Kelly, Marc Shyst, Karyn White, and Ki-Jana Garmon. The film is produced by Robinson and Russell Wyche.
Burke is known for her recurring role as June on Beyond the Gates and has previously appeared in Saints & Sinners, Covenant, Entanglement, and Don’t Waste Your Pretty.
