Megan Thee Stallion To Make Broadway Debut And History In ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’ On March 24
Calling all Hotties! Megan Thee Stallion is set to turn up the heat on Broadway, starring as Zidler in the Tony Award–winning ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical.’ She will take on the traditionally male role of Harold Zidler at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, where the production is set to conclude its Broadway run on July 26.
With this casting, Thee Stallion makes Broadway history as the first female-identifying performer to play Zidler in the Broadway production—and in any ‘Moulin Rouge!’ production worldwide.
Speaking on the role, she said, “Stepping onto the Broadway stage and joining the ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’ team is an absolute honor. I’ve always believed in pushing myself creatively, and theatre is definitely a new opportunity that I’m excited to embrace.
