Method Man And Kelly Rowland Star In ‘Relationship Goals’ For Amazon MGM Studios And Based On The Book By Michael Todd
Kelly Rowland and Method Man are set to star in Relationship Goals, a new romantic comedy from Amazon MGM Studios based on Pastor Michael Todd’s bestselling book Relationship Goals: How to Win at Dating, Marriage, and Sex. Directed by Linda Mendoza and written by Michael Elliot, Cory Tynan, and Laura Lekkos, the film follows Leah Caldwell (Rowland), a driven TV producer vying to become the first woman to lead New York’s top morning show.
Her plans take an unexpected turn when her ex-boyfriend Jarrett Roy (Method Man) returns to compete for the same position, claiming to have changed after discovering the book Relationship Goals. As Leah’s friends start reading the book and reevaluating their own relationships, she’s forced to confront her past while balancing ambition, faith, and love.
The film also stars Robin Thede, Dennis Haysbert, and Annie Gonzalez, with DeVon Franklin producing and Rowland, Todd, and Bart Lipton serving as executive producers. Relationship Goals is set to stream on Prime Video on February 4, 2026, offering a fresh, faith-infused take on modern romance and personal growth.
