Ryan Coogler’s ‘Sinners’ continues to earn praise for its cultural significance and transformative impact. This time, the film’s cast will be honored with the Ensemble Tribute at the 35th annual Gotham Film Awards on December 1 in New York City, with Coogler set to present the award.
The critically acclaimed film features an all-star cast including Michael B. Jordan, Miles Caton, Wunmi Mosaku, Delroy Lindo, Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, Buddy Guy, Li Jun Li, Yao (Thomas Pang), and more.
This honor celebrates the ensemble’s extraordinary work and their role in transforming ‘Sinners’ into one of the defining films of 2025. Jeffrey Sharp, Executive Director of the Gotham Film & Media Institute, praised the cast for their powerful performances, saying they delivered “one of the great cinematic experiences of the year.”
