Ryan Coogler’s ‘Sinners’ continues to make waves in the industry, earning nominations in three categories at the 2026 Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists (MUAHS) Guild Awards. The film is nominated for Best Period and/or Character Hair Styling, Best Period and/or Character Make-Up, and Best Special Make-Up Prosthetics.
The Best Period and/or Character Hair Styling nominations include Shunika Terry-Jennings (@shunika.terry), Elizabeth Robinson (@elizabeth_robinson_styles), Tene Wilder (@teneexperience), Jove Edmond (@jove14), and Sherri B. Hamilton (@hairbysherrib). Allison LaCour (@allisonlacour), Lana Mora (@the_marvelous_mrs.mora), Ken Diaz, Siân Richards, and Ned Neidhardt are nominated in the Best Period and/or Character Make-Up category. The Best Special Make-Up Prosthetics nominations include Mike Fontaine, Bailey Domke, Kelsey Berk, Kevin Wasner, and Cristina Patterson.
The winners will be announced during the 13th annual MUAHS Awards on Saturday, February 14, at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles.
