Zendaya, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Colman Domingo, Adewale Akinnuoye Agbaje And More Star In Season 3 Of ‘Euphoria’
HBO has officially locked in the return of Euphoria. Season 3 will premiere Sunday, April 12, airing from 9–10 p.m. ET/PT, with new episodes rolling out weekly.
Created by Sam Levinson, the eight-episode third season jumps forward in time, moving the characters beyond high school and into a more complex phase of life. The new chapter explores faith, redemption, and moral reckoning as longtime friends confront adulthood and its consequences. The upcoming season is also expected to serve as the series’ final installment, arriving four years after Season 2.
Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, Eric Dane, and several other core cast members are set to return, alongside recurring guest stars including Colman Domingo and Dominic Fike. Season 3 will also introduce a wave of new guest appearances from high-profile names such as Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Danielle Deadwyler, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Adewale Akinnuoye AgbajeNatasha Lyonne, Marshawn Lynch, Asante Blackk, and Kadeem Hardison.
Production recently wrapped in Los Angeles, supported by a $19.4 million California tax credit. Visually, the season breaks new ground by filming on a newly developed Kodak motion picture film stock in both 35mm and 65mm, making Euphoria the first narrative TV series to use 65mm at this scale. According to HBO, the expanded format reflects the characters’ transition into a larger, more unpredictable world.
Euphoria is written, directed, and executive produced by Levinson, with Drake and a slate of longtime collaborators also serving as executive producers. The series is based on the original Israeli drama created by Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin.
